My name is Pavel and I draw fantasy art with DnD and WoW characters. Now I work as concept artist at Limbheim Studio.   1. Chose a commission type;

  2. Number of characters or pets;

  3. Detailed description of character appearance: name, specialisation, personality, any features. Please provide as much visual references as u can;

  4. Idea and mood: provide scene description, vibe and preferred pose;

  5. Background: If you want a background, please describe what kind of place it is, what kind of lighting it has, and where the character is. If it possible, please provide some references;

  6. Provide PayPal email.

General Terms

  1. All commissioned work is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, claimed, traced, or sold in any form.

  2. The prices set on my price list are starting prices that can and will be raised based on character & background complexity. Extra items and designing will increase the price.

  3. I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

  4. For commercial projects, please contact me for further discussion.

Workflow and Copyright Agreement

PAYMENT METHOD
I use ONLY PayPal.
No Crypto, no any other methods and services. Full prepayment is required. No refund after payment received.CANCELLATION
If the Client cancels the commission, all payments made by the Client to the Artist will not be refunded, and the Artist has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party. If the Artist cancels the commission, the Artist is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client, and the Artist is prohibited from providing the use of the commissioned artwork to any party.EDITS AND FIXES
You can request the revisions only during the sketch approval period. Minor adjustments (colors, adding/subtracting/adjusting small details) are free. Major adjustments after the sketch (regarding pose, composition, and perspective) that are requested after the sketch has been approved, will cost extra.UPDATES, COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY
Finishing a commission may take from up to 2 months after the sketch has been approved, depending on the complexity and workload at the moment. Regular email updates will be sent at each stage of the commission progress, and client approval is required to continue. Any deadlines must be communicated and agreed upon before starting a commission, and tight deadlines will incur additional charges.At the end you will get a full-resolution JPG file of the final drawing. All completed pieces will be delivered via Google Drive.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
Copyright is retained by me; the artist, for any commissioned artwork. The commissioned artworks are for personal use only — Reproduction or sale of the commissioned work is not permitted. If the client wishes to purchase the rights of the piece for commercial use, this must be stated at the beginning of the inquiry. All commissions can be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolios. (It is possible to ask for the commission to be posted at a later date).Customer may upload the commissioned artwork on any website/social channels, as well as print the artwork for yourself as a physical print. Customer may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without artist's permission. Customer is NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork in anything related to crypto art/NFTs. Using the artwork as an AI prompt is forbidden.
